Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact our sales department with full contact and purchase details. Did you receive the wrong item or an item you didn't order? Returns Policy

You may return most items sold by ImagesPublishing.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we are unable to exchange items, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please see below.

We will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items, including:

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Any book that has obvious signs of use.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Refunds will only be made to the registered customer who made and paid for the purchase. This may not be the same customer as the recipient of the purchase.

ERRATA
In order to publish its books, IMAGES draws upon a wide range of photographs and other material that is provided both by photographers and other artists engaged directly by IMAGES and via other organisations. IMAGES takes all care to ensure that the photographs and other material that is included in its books are included with the consent of the author of the material and that the author is properly acknowledged in its books. Despite these efforts, from time to time, errors are made and, once notified, IMAGES takes all reasonable steps to correct those errors, including by publishing an erratum on this webpage. A full list of the errata can be accessed via the link below. IMAGES apologises for any errors that have been made in this regard and encourages any authors who have concerns about these matters to make contact so as to ensure that appropriate steps are taken.
